Apprentice Plumber

Overbrook Plumbing is a growing, locally owned plumbing company built on honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship. We’re hiring an Apprentice Plumber to learn the trade alongside our experienced team while serving Pittsburgh, Bethel Park, and the surrounding communities. This is an entry-level opportunity to build a real, long-term career in plumbing; you’ll work hands-on under our journeyman plumbers, learning how to diagnose problems, complete quality installations and repairs, and serve customers the right way. No experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For in a Person

We believe strong plumbing service starts with strong people. We can teach the trade; we’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude:

  • Strong work ethic. You’re not afraid of hard work, early mornings, or getting your hands dirty.
  • Dependable. You show up on time, every time, and your team can count on you.
  • Honest. You do the right thing even when no one’s watching.
  • Coachable and respectful. You listen to the journeymen you work under and treat customers and coworkers with respect.
  • Detail-oriented. You care about doing the job correctly, not just quickly.
  • Team-minded. You pitch in and support the crew however you’re needed.
