We’re hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team serving Pittsburgh, Bethel Park, and the surrounding communities. You’ll handle residential and commercial work, from drain cleaning and water heater installation to gas line work, repiping, and burst pipe repair, diagnosing problems accurately and completing every job the right way. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform water heater work, including tankless installation, repair, and inspection
- Handle gas line installation and repair
- Complete drain and sewer services, leak detection, repiping, and sewer line work
- Work on new construction, remodels, and underground plumbing projects
- Diagnose plumbing problems accurately and complete repairs correctly
- Provide honest, straightforward recommendations and pricing to customers
- Participate in 24/7 emergency service availability as scheduled
- Help train and guide apprentice plumbers
Requirements
- Valid journeyman plumber license
- Several years of hands-on plumbing experience across residential and/or commercial work
- Solid knowledge of plumbing code, system layout, and proper installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and strong customer communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $20-$50 an hour, based on experience
